Challenge #1
  1. 17/03/2026 My 1% Challenge

Today I read 5 pages of "never finished" by David Goggins. I also completed my pull day workout and managed to get 10k steps.

  2. 24/03/2026 my 1% challenge

Today i read 9 pages of a book and hit my calorie goals. On top of that I managed to hit my 10k steps and completed today's workout.

  3. 30/03/2026 My 1% challenge

I haven't been able to add daily as im usually busy or forget but everything is the same: I hit my 10k steps eat all my meals with all the correct macros, read atleast 10 pages of a book, get my workout in and soon enough going to start running.

  4. 1/04/2026 My 1% challenge

Today I hit my workout as usual and got all my meals in. However, in addition today I have run 5k in 35 mins and swam for 800 meters ( I don't swim often) and I haven't ran in 7 months so running a 5k in only 35 mins is a good sign because I also weigh like 5kg more.

  5. 10/04/2026 My 1% challenge

I haven't been uploading much here mainly because I was on holiday. However, I belive i managed to still stay productive during it as I managed to run a total of 25km over 4 runs (my goal was only 15), I swam roughly 500m almost everyday and managed to hit most workouts. During this time I also managed to attend every live session which proves my consitency and dedication to finish anything I start.

  6. 15/04/2026 My 1% challenge

Today I hit 13k steps, ate all my meals, hit my workout, attended the live session and planning to start multiple side hustles inluding developing my reselling profile and selling my art skills. Genuinely, these lessons have helped me understand how to put talent, effort and dedication into a money making hustle. Thank you for this!

  7. 29/04/2026 My 1% challenge

Today, I hit my workout, got all 10k steps and managed to get all my meals in. On top of that, I ran a 5k reaching my desired goals: keep heart rate at average 130.

 My Finances Challenge:

If I had £10,000 right now, I would invest in...

I would roughly spend about 2000 on long term growth such as index funds, property and savings acounts as they help me regain these 2000 with a small profit which will help me later when I need them again. Next, i would invest again 1000-2000 pounds into crypto and pary for good luck. The reason im not inevesting any more money into crypto because it's very chance based and gaining profit from this isn's garanteed. However, the reason that I am investing in crypto is because it has huge upside potential and fast movement so taking a shot is worht it in my opinion. The rest 6000-7000 pounds I will invest in a small side business for a more reliable income. This money will go for business ideas such as an e-commerce store or reselling. Plus it's been proven that small businesses can scale fast and many people double 10k pounds with the right idea.

Challenge #4
My Reselling Challenge A couple of weeks ago I sold a pokemon card on ebay for 30 pounds and on the 26th March 2026 I should be able to make another pokemon card sale. Both sales were made on ebay. Furthermore, I have placed a portable drum for sale and waiting for an offer.

Challenge #7

I belive that the problem in my community is the lack of places for teenagers to go. This is the leading cause of crime. Boredom, young people like myself fall for this trap where boredem leads to joining gangs, committing crimes etc. People are missing some sort of community/group to join and be part of.

The solution to this could be somehting that cures boredom and has health benefits backed by science. Excercising is the key. However, not just any; calisthenics. Calisthenics is way of strenth training using your own bodyweight for resistance requiring little to no equipment. This is perfect as I persoanlly train calisthenics which proves that I have a strong understanding about the sport. The plan is to create some sort of calisthenics group or community where people come together for a workout. This improves young people to develop their social skills, strength, and confidence. People will grow as a community developing their calsthenics journey inspiring others.

I would monetise my Solution by creating leaflets and posts on social media expaining what I'm creating and the sort of community I'm offering. In addition, on top of offering help with help and advice this is an opportunity to sell my coaching skills. In the end, the problem is solved, people come together, friendships are made, people feel comfident and better about themselves, stay out of crime and I can sell my knowledge about calisthenics. Also since this sport takes little to no equipment, anyone can acccess it and start from home which makes this solution have a higher chance of actually working.
