My name is Shane, and this e-folio shows my journey in developing a success mindset while creating my own product or service.
About me: I am a creative and motivated person with a strong interest in radio, DJing, and events. I have experience working with youth clubs, volunteering, and taking part in radio activities, where I have built skills in communication, teamwork, and creativity. I enjoy using music and media to bring people together and support others, especially around mental health.
Through this project, I aim to build my confidence, stay motivated, and take positive steps towards turning my ideas into something real. This includes learning how to plan, stay consistent, and improve my work over time.
In this e-folio, I will share my goals, my progress, and what I have learned along the way. It reflects my effort to grow, believe in myself, and develop skills that will help me in the future.
I will focus on taking small steps, accepting mistakes as part of learning, and practising sharing my ideas more.

Challenge #2
Challenge #3
My Finances Challenge:
If I had £10,000 right now, I would invest £5,000 into stocks and shares as they tend to provide strong long-term growth. I would invest £2,000 in gold because it is considered a "safe haven" asset. I would invest £1,500 in utility and infrastructure companies such as energy providers. These companies are generally stable because people always need electricity and gas. I would invest £1,000in cryptocurrency, such as Bitcoin or Ethereum. Finally I would invest £500 in a high risk opportunity, such as a small technology company or emerging sector like AI or space tech.
