 The E-folio Earnability Challenge invites 13–25 year olds in the UK to create a single, powerful E-folio link that demonstrates their skills, ambition, and direction.

Each submission will be judged against the same five pillars:
1. Proof of Ability (30%)
Is there clear evidence, not just claims?
2. Clarity of Direction (20%)
Can the viewer understand where you’re heading in under 30 seconds?
3. Effective Use of E‑folio (20%)
Are features used intentionally and clearly?
4. Real‑World Relevance (20%)
Could this realistically lead to an opportunity?
5. Authenticity (10%)
Does this feel honest, personal, and real?
