E‑Folio Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the E‑Folio platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are a student of Earniversity, additional eligibility requirements may apply according to Earniversity policies.


2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity under your account. Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.


3. Your Content

You may upload or link to images, text, media, and other materials ("Content"). You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content, you grant us a non‑exclusive license to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the Service.


You agree not to upload any Content that:

  1. Violates any law or regulation
  2. Infringes on the rights of others
  3. Contains harmful, abusive, or inappropriate material
  4. Includes unauthorised personal data of others


We may remove Content that violates these Terms.
